資料使用說明

Google is used only to identify your account. We store your Google account identifier, name, email and login/logout times. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts or Google Drive.

Google 僅用於確認帳號身分。我們記錄 Google 帳號識別碼、姓名、信箱及登入／登出時間，不要求讀取 Gmail、通訊錄或雲端硬碟。

Reservation details, contact phone, quantities, payment confirmation, receipt copies, email sending results and collection records are stored in the organizer's Cloudflare database. The organizer's email provider sends receipts to your order email and an administrator archive mailbox. Only you and authorized administrators may access your orders in this platform.

預訂品項、聯絡電話、數量、付款確認、收據副本、寄信結果及領取紀錄存放於主辦方 Cloudflare 資料庫。寄信服務會將收據寄至訂單信箱與管理員留底信箱。平台上僅本人與授權管理員可查看訂單。

The platform collects no credit card or online banking credentials. Payment is confirmed manually by an administrator. A collection receipt is a payment acknowledgement and pickup record.

本平台不收集信用卡或網銀密碼。付款由管理員人工核對，領衣收據用於記錄付款及衣服領取。

Records are retained for reservation, reconciliation and collection; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. To request a correction or deletion, contact the event organizer through the contact details in your payment or collection instructions. Corrections to completed transactions must preserve their audit history.

資料保留供預訂、對帳及領衣使用，目前未設定自動刪除期限。如需更正或刪除，請依付款／領取說明中的聯絡方式洽活動主辦單位；已完成交易的更正須保留操作歷程。
